The terms “Rebel Socialite,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tumbles Management, LLC, doing business as Rebel Socialite®, the owner and operator of the Site and our related services, content, tools, products, and features (collectively, the “Services”). Rebel Socialite® is a registered trademark and brand operated by Tumbles Management, LLC. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you, but all sales are made directly between you and Tumbles Management, LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced or linked herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns/Refunds Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, accessing, browsing, or using the Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age to browse the Site, you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase, and if you are below the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. 4. Orders

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. Your order is not accepted until we process your payment and send an order confirmation. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests once an order is accepted and processing has begun. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

5. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges, which may be added at checkout and are your responsibility. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases and to promptly update your account and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that the payment method information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method, that charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy at https://rebelsocialitebeauty.com/policies/shipping-policy. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made in accordance with carrier policies and our Shipping and Returns policies.

7. Products for Personal Use Only

All products and any samples provided are for personal use only. You may not sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any products, services, or samples purchased or received from us without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, icons, page layouts, audio, interfaces, and software, are owned by or licensed to Tumbles Management, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services except as automatically cached by your browser; use any meta tags or hidden text using our trademarks or trade dress; or use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tumbles Management, LLC.

9. Relationship with Shopify and Third-Party Tools/Links

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. All purchases are made directly with Tumbles Management, LLC. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of our products, services, or transactions, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services. We may provide access to third-party tools or links provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Rebel Collective Ambassador Program

Participation in the Rebel Collective Ambassador or Affiliate program is subject to separate program-specific terms presented during sign-up or within the program interface, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Promotions and discounts are subject to change and conditions stated at the time offered. Discounts are not stackable or retroactive, certain items may be excluded, digital gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value except as required by law, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if a promotion is misused or applied in error.

12. Submissions and Feedback

Any feedback or content you submit is non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting content, you grant Tumbles Management, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use and exploit the submission. You represent that you own or control all rights in your submissions and that they do not violate the rights of others.

13. User Content

You are responsible for any reviews, comments, photos, videos, or other content you submit. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion. Requests to delete public User Content may be sent to hello@rebelsocialitebeauty.com with sufficient identifying information.

14. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

DMCA notices should be sent to: Tumbles Management, LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 926 Banyan Dr, Delray Beach, FL 33483, and must include all information required by applicable law.

15. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel or modify orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and may not engage in prohibited conduct including unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or circumvention of security features.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tumbles Management, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tumbles Management, LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

21. Disputes; Governing Law; Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in Florida on an individual basis, with no class actions permitted, except that we may seek injunctive relief to protect our intellectual property.

22. Electronic Notices

You consent to receive communications electronically. To withdraw consent, you must stop using the Services and contact hello@rebelsocialitebeauty.com.

23. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rebel Socialite, you agree to receive recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by texting STOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

24. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without notice.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

26. General; Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tumbles Management, LLC regarding the Services.
