Shipping policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent for your records. This email confirms that your order has been received and has begun processing.
ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is processed (typically within 1 to 2 business days of order placement). Please note: It may take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to show shipping updates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed by 11:59am EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Processing may take up to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11:59am EST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day.
Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Processing times subject to change during high volume sales and restocks.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate economy and express shipping options.
Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Economy Shipping: Orders $65+ ship free
- Economy (5–8 business days): $4.90 flat rate
- Express (2 business days): $9.90 flat rate
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada)
We currently ship to Canada with transparent, prepaid duties (no surprise fees at delivery).
Rates & Delivery Times
- Economy International (6–10 business days): $15 flat rate
- Express Upgrade: Discounted DHL Express rates available at checkout
All Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Express International Expedited with prepaid duties and taxes (DDP) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@therebelsocialite.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Rebel Socialite is not responsible for damaged, missing items or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Rebel Socialite is not required to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
