RETURN POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Rebel Socialite®, a brand operated by Tumbles Management, LLC

returns on products purchased from rebelsocialitebeauty.com.com within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Exchanges are offered on products where a variant shade option is available. Please note: a $7 return fee will be deducted from returns being refunded to the original form of payment. 

Tumbles Management, LLC, doing business as Rebel Socialite®, reserves the right to refuse a return and exclusions may apply. Returns or exchanges may be refused based on abuse, misuse or bulk purchases. Only items purchased on makeupbymario.com may be returned

For returns, damaged items, or incorrect orders, please contact us at hello@rebelsocialitebeauty.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All digital workout programs and downloadable content are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@rebelsocialitebeauty.com.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Rebel Socialite processes orders at a rapid pace and unfortunately are unable to make changes to confirmed orders. Please email hello@rebelsocialitebeauty.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
